What Is PRP Vaginal Rejuvenation

The vaginal PRP comprises the injection of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) into the upper wall of the vagina and clitoris, triggering stem cells’ multiplication and “younger” tissue growth. Protein rich plama injections are given in the intimate area to improve libido and to help in vaginal rejuvination

Growth Factors released from the activated PRP, promote collagen and elastin production inside the vagina and around the clitoris, causing its expansion due to tissue thickening, leading to easier stimulation, sexual enhancement and improved vaginal hydration.

Procedure to obtain PRP:

Obtain whole blood by vein puncture in a EDTA tubes.
Do not chill the blood at any time before or during platelet separation.
Centrifuge the blood sample at 3500 rpm for 10 minutes.
Transfer the supernatant plasma containing platelets into another sterile tube.
Centrifuge tube at high speed 4000 rpm for 6-8 minutes.
The lower part 1/3 is PRP and upper 2/3 part is platelet poor plasma.
At the bottom of the tube, platelets pellets are performed.
Remove PPP and suspend the platelets pellets in a minimum quantity of plasm
(2-4ml) by gently shaking the tube.
Finally, we inject the solution into the target area. Once it’s inside your body, the solution releases growth factors. These compounds help regenerate damaged cells.
